The aftermath.

So the intensity didn't end with the branding...
I concentrated so much during the whole branding process and didn't feel a thing. This most certainly doesn't mean that the healing process didn't hurt like hell. A the time of this I was actually doing manual labour work. We were actually doing a mold job at the time at BA banknote where they actually make all the money.
Anyways I should describe what I was actually doing: First I had to wear a full face mask, a full body suit, gloves and booties. And to wear this equipment for close to 8 hours a day. None of which was made to allow anything but make you sweat like crazy. Every day was worse than the one before. My back would itch the entire day. Not to mention the burning sensation as well. It was one of the worse experiences I have ever had to endure. Seriously you end up sweating the whole entire day. And when done you have to rest up and start all over again the next day.
A couple days later the branding itself got infected. None of this stopped me from working I kept at it until it finally healed. I think this was all part of my internal healing process as well.

This is what my branding looked like once all the scabs had come off:
